What You'll Do
- Install EMT, IMC, and rigid conduit
- Pull wire and terminate panels
- Install switchgear, transformers, lighting systems, and commercial electrical equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
- Troubleshoot commercial electrical systems
- Perform commercial rough-ins and equipment installations
- Maintain NEC compliance and jobsite safety standards
- Work independently and with crews to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications
- Texas Journeyman Electrician License (required or preferred, as applicable)
- 5 years of commercial electrical experience
- Ground-up commercial construction experience
- Strong understanding of NEC standards
- Experience with conduit bending, panel installation, and commercial electrical systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work overtime and active commercial construction sites
- Comfortable working at heights up to 40ft
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
