We are currently hiring dedicated and motivated HVAC Maintenance Technicians for several Class A luxury communities in Houston, Texas. We also have one relocation opportunity to our newest development in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Omaha, NE. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in our team and will be recognized and rewarded for your hard work.

A Bit About the Role
- Respond to service requests including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), pool, and appliance in a timely manner
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Ability to identify hazardous conditions and correct them immediately
- Delivers various communications to residents as needed
- Provide the best quality customer service to our residents
- Must be able to work on-call

- Hold current HVAC certification
- CPO Certification; preferred
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Ability to consistently display a positive attitude
