The Role
We're looking for a motivated and reliable Pressure Washing Technician to join our crew. You'll be out in the field performing a variety of exterior cleaning services for both residential and commercial clients. Compensation: $23 Hourly
What You'll Be Doing
- Pressure washing and soft washing residential and commercial properties
- Roof cleaning using safe, effective soft wash techniques
- Driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, building exteriors, and more
- Operating and maintaining company equipment responsibly
- Representing Shall Prosper Industries professionally on every job site
What We're Looking For
- Experience with pressure washing and/or soft washing preferred (residential & commercial)
- Experience with roof cleaning is a major plus
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to lift equipment and be comfortable working at various heights
