Gaitz HVACR is a woman-owned and operated HVAC company founded in 2014 by Tonya Gaitz, a second-generation technician who grew up in the family business and worked her way up from billing to becoming a licensed professional in process refrigeration and environmental air. What started with service calls from a RAV4 has grown into a company built on grit, integrity, and technical excellence. Tonya is passionate about training the next generation of technicians and serves on CTE advisory boards for Klein Cain and Alief ISD.
